Guys, the site is still giving problems. New (working) calendar raids are however up. You can't access them by the quick calendar link in the left menu, however if you click 'calendar' in the row of options above it, you get a monthly overview. If you do it this way and click on the raid day, you can sign correctly for the raids again. If you still are having troubles, please make a forum post about it.

As most of you might have no0ticed our site is completely different. So the poepl that have written applications are goin to have to do it again. This is not Ramps fault it's wowstead that decided to change everything :p Sorry for the inconvinience ^^ please rewrite your appy.

Guild Rules, Regulations and Information
Now this will probably look like a lot of information to you and a lot of reading just to get into a guild, but you have to understand that we in Ramp care about Ramp and most people who join us usually stays here for a very long time. Also let it be known that Ramps guild leader is rather long winded (*cough*).
On this page you will find everything you need to know about Ramp Darksorrow, we recommend both old members and new people that want to apply that you read this information so there’s as little misunderstandings as possible.
Ramp is a medium sized PvE guild on Darksorrow, somewhat involved in endgame content. Ramp has been in existence since July 2005 focusing on quality and nice members rather than numbers and epics . We pride ourselves on being mature, fair and (if the situation requires it) silly. Maturity is a vital factor for us.
On to our raiding.
Ramp does not read tactics for bosses in this game, we like to take on a challenge instead of following the walkthrough… that gives us a challenge and we like it that way. We do however get hints if we spend too long wiping on a boss. If you’re going to make trouble about this and whine about not reading tactics you can just close this window and forget about applying. Our raids start at 20.30 and end 23.30. And raiding days are Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. We might be adding a fourth raiding day but that is still being discussed.
Information about applying.
We make people apply to Ramp instead of inviting in game because it shows that you WANT to be in Ramp and you’re willing to give up a little of your time to make a decent application. But also because Ramp is a guild with people who care about each other and we don’t want “troublemakers” with us! So if you decide to make an application we suggest you put some effort in it to show us you really want to be here. We also have another small thing that shows us you have read this information.
The Van Halen Clause.
In your application you must include the phrase “I love cookies” or something of the sort.
Requirements for your character, gear etc.(this concerns raiders only)
Things like Gear Score (gs) means nothing for us and most of us think it’s ruined raiding, a person with 6000GS does not necessarily have skills and a person with 4800GS can be a fantastic player. We do however appreciate if you have a little experience with raiding (if you’re applying as a raider) and know how to act in raids, that you are on time, tell us if you’re not able to make a raid and that you can raid at least two of our three raid days

Yet another succesful run! We we're a little disappointed first boss got nerfed! (and so fast :o) and we forgot to screenshot last time we were here(in all the exitement)! So we cheated and made them now! 3/4 ICC! Let's get that fat orc down next time shall we?

Ramp is an international pve guild which is one of the oldest guilds on this server,
We are very friendly and we try to maintain a pleasant and friendly
guild atmosphere to give our members a fun and enjoyable raiding experince, we
also have a social side friends and family members of our raiders can join
to build a nice community. We pride ourselves in being different and having members with
strong personalities. Your either a ramper or your not, there's no middle thing
Ramp is looking for players to join our ranks, We're looking for mature players
who show up on time prepared, who takes the time and puts effort in to gearing up. You have to make it to
atleast 2 of our raid nights.
We have cleared 12/14 Ulduar 10 man + some hard modes. Cleared Totcr 5/5 10man and are
progressing nicely in heroic. 8/12 ICC at the moment and we are really looking forward to getting Arthas where it hurts.
We are eager to progress in 10/25 man raids Both normal and hard Modes,
for that to happen we need mature nice people who know what fun is and knows when to not give up!
We will consider all classes and Speccs so feel free to apply :)
Our raiding schedule is:
-Sunday 20:00 - 00:00.
-Monday 20:00 - 00:00.
-Wednesday 20:00 - 00:00.

After boosting our numbers enough to finaly get a full raid KelThuzad was downed in the first night

Maybe a bit late with this update but as the guild turns its focus to Glory of the Raider I felt it was worth adding.
We have made good progress on doing this with all 3 drakes up and will hopefully get them downed soon :)
